The necklace tarnished only after a few days and when I contacted the seller they went quiet!

I wish the H and L intersected in a straight line. The lack of alignment makes it appear more like a defect than purposeful and it bothers me a lot. Overall, a nice necklace but would not buy again.

Fun necklace! The name was spelled wrong on the card it came with but it doesn’t really matter because the letters were all still there 🤣

The necklace came with the name and the highlighting of each letter so you can see the details of the name. I made this for my sister for Christmas. Trying to buy gift now I think she will love it. Came out cute. These are always fun to personalize and something different. Not just straight out your name.

Update: because they asked me to. It came spelled wrong. I messaged multiple times but they didn’t message back until I left a bad review and they basically just asked me to change the review. Very poor customer service. I asked if I was going to get a replacement and the response was “buy now and we’ll refund 40%” like what?? I paid full price for the one that was spelled wrong, and now I have to buy a second for 60%??? That is outrageous. Definitely do Not recommend.

I ordered this necklace and the name was spelled incorrectly. I mentioned it and submitted a request for it to be replaced. After not getting a response I reached out again, again, no response

I really love the design of this necklace. I think they did a great job. The rose gold color is really pretty. The pendant is kind of thin, more thin than I expected it to be. I was a little nervous after looking at some of the issues with shipping on other reviews, but I thought it arrived in a decent amount of time. Overall, I think it’s a great necklace for the price.

I ordered six of them for a girl’s trip. We were asked about them all week. They are really cool because it is not obvious what they are.

This custom necklace is neatly finished and I can't believe that it includes the names I requested in a single medal, it arrived nicely packed with a gift box and at the time it was promised, it makes a great gift at a reasonable price.

I bought this as a gift and it arrived quickly. The necklace looks nice and I think would have been great - except the second 'M' in Emma is a W - ?! I can see at least two ways to have fit a second M in the space available. Even if the letter had been sideways, better than flipping it upside down and turning it into a different letter. I'm very disappointed - I can't give a name necklace to someone when it doesn't actually show their name.

Quality of the item is good. The lettering they use for the name is a stretch. A small backwards "z" is supposed to stand for the "S". The shipping also took longer than expected. I also had to reach out to them to find out where each letter was.
